SPECIAL OFFER TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Members only early bird offer is valid until 7 June 11:59pm;

  2. Once early bird offer expires, Members are entitled to Members Only discounted registration fee;

  3. These offers only apply to current 2021 DEKTA members.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES

    • The Attendee, in submitting a registration form to DEKTA for attendance at the conference, agrees to observe and abide by the Terms and Conditions set forth below and by such additional Terms, Conditions and Rules made by DEKTA on notice to the Attendee from time to time for the efficient or safe operation of the Conference.

    • The personal information which you provide to us will be held by us on a database. 

    • The Attendee also consent to DEKTA using images of the Attendee taken during the event for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium DEKTA chooses. Please contact DEKTA if you have any concerns.

  2. FEE AND PAYMENT

    • The fee payable by Attendee under this Agreement is the amount stipulated on the registration form and is due and payable on the date of submission of such registration form with DEKTA

  3. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • If an Attendee notifies DEKTA that they no longer wish to attend DEKTA 2021 Conference, the Attendee is able to:

    • Name change: substitute the Attendee’s registration with another team member or colleague. Please advise DEKTA of any name change by 12 July 2021.

    • Cancellations and refund are to be submitted in writing to be linda.wein+dekta@gmail.com and refunds will be given as stated below:

      • 27 July - 16 July                0%

      • 17 July - 28 June             50%

      • On or before 27 June     90%

    • Attendees who fail to provide notice of cancellation to DEKTA after 16 July 2021 or is a no-show at the registered day forfeits all fees paid to DEKTA and shall remain liable for any unpaid registration fees.

    • All Cancellation Policy conditions apply regardless of when an Attendee's ticket was purchased.
