21 ways to wellbeing
Caring for ourselves is not an option or a luxury. If we aspire to live a healthy and happy life, then attending to our own wellbeing is of paramount importance. Balancing professional demands with the need for personal wellbeing requires attention, reflection and self-awareness.
In this interactive workshop Toni will guide participants through the simple things we can do to nurture and care for ourselves, so that we may be able to nurture and care well for the children and families with whom we work and play. We are fortunate to be living a meaningful life in service to the care and education of young children. This life of giving is only rewarding if first we are able to give to ourselves.
